Royal Baby Boy Modern Nursery

Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their baby boy! Yes, it’s a boy! When designing a nursery, think outside the box like MK Kids Interiors who have designed the Royal Baby boy’s Modern Nursery Moodboard.

Baby boy’s bedrooms have traditionally been much harder to design, but not anymore! We’ve ditched tradition! Here we have designed a nursery that is masculine, edgy and just perfect for the new Royal baby boy. The nursery’s backdrop will be a gold spotted wallpaper with hints of lighter blues preferably Fair Blue by Edward Bulmer Natural Paints. The furniture will stand dominant in a deep navy blue with hints of white and gold picked up from the wallpaper.

The floors will mirror the white and blues from the furniture and the sputnik pendant light captures hints of gold. Classic, though contemporary, the walls will be adorned by abstract art, framed in gold to create a calm atmophere for baby and mum.
